Chief Financial Officer & Company Secretary

Mr. Saqib Ahmed has been serving as the Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary since 1 October 2021. He is responsible for finance, human resource, and administration functions of the Company.

A Chartered Accountant with 20 years international work experience in Accounting & Finance, Joint Venture Management, Mergers & Acquisitions, Commercial Contract Negotiations, Performance Monitoring & Analysis and Corporate Governance areas.

Mr. Ahmed has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Manchester and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountant in England & Wales.  He is also a certified director from the Pakistan Institute of Corporate Governance.
