Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Muhammad Naufil Gazdar has been serving as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company since July 2025. In this role, he oversees the Finance, Public Relations, and Administration functions.

A seasoned Chartered Accountant with over 21 years of experience, Mr. Gazdar possesses in-depth expertise in financial reporting, taxation, JV management, financial planning and analysis, treasury operations and corporate governance. He began his professional journey with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), where he completed his chartered accountancy training. Prior to his current role, he served as the Head of Corporate Finance function at Pakistan Petroleum Limited (PPL). He also held the position of Company Secretary for PPL’s international subsidiaries, PPL Asia E&P B.V. and PPL Europe E&P Limited.

Mr. Gazdar is a Fellow of both the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales and the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan. He holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Karachi.
