Director

Mr. Masood Nabi is Government Holding Limited’s nominated director on PIOL Board since July 15, 2021.

Mr. Nabi has a deep understanding of Pakistan’s Oil and Gas sector including regulatory matters. Mr. Nabi has also served as Executive Director General / CTO of Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Resources (now Ministry of Energy, Petroleum Division) a position which involved high-level exposure across the entire oil and gas sector covering upstream, midstream and downstream segments.

Mr. Nabi holds Bachelor of Science degrees in Electrical Engineering and Economics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
