Managing Director / Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Imran Abbasy has been serving as Managing Director / Chief Executive Officer of the Company since June 24, 2025.

Mr. Abbasy is a seasoned industry professional with diverse, multinational experience of 35 years with several mid-and large-sized Exploration and Production companies as well as a major service company. He has held various technical and leadership roles in production technology, drilling, completion engineering and operations.

Mr. Abbasy earned a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering in 1981 followed by a master’s in Aerospace Engineering in 1983 from The George Washington University, USA.
