Head of Procurement, HSE & Risk

Mr. Naveed Mohsin has been serving as the as Head of Procurement, HSE & Risk since October 2022.

Mr. Mohsin is a professional engineer with 25 years of post-qualification experience. He joined Pakistan Petroleum Limited (PPL) in Nov 2007 as Senior Engineer Planning. Since then, he has held various positions in PPL, including Head of Sui Production, Field In-charge Gambat South, Manager Iraq PPL-Asia, and Manager Materials & Contracts. Before joining PPL, Mohsin was associated with Pakistan State Oil (PSO) and other national companies in Pakistan.

Mr. Mohsin holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from NED University of Engineering & Technology, Pakistan and a master’s degree in Business Administration from the Institute of Business Administration, Pakistan. He is also a Certified Project Management Professional from Project Management Institute, USA.
