Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary

Mr. Muhammad Naufil Gazdar has been serving as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company since July 2025 and was additionally appointed as Company Secretary in October 2025. In his current capacity, he oversees the Finance, Public Relations, and Administration functions, while also ensuring compliance with corporate governance and regulatory requirements.

A seasoned Chartered Accountant with over 22 years of professional experience, Mr. Gazdar brings extensive expertise in financial reporting, taxation, joint venture management, financial planning and analysis, treasury operations, and corporate governance.

He began his professional career with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), where he completed his chartered accountancy training. Prior to joining the Company, he served as Head of the Corporate Finance function at Pakistan Petroleum Limited (PPL). He also held the role of Company Secretary for PPL’s international subsidiaries, PPL Asia E&P B.V. and PPL Europe E&P Limited.

Mr. Gazdar is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales (ICAEW) and the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP). He holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Karachi.
